Adult Martial Arts Training
Our adult martial arts classes are beginner-friendly and provide multiple class options per week for the participant who is seeking to get in great physical condition, learn to defend themselves, or regain the ability to move freely and without pain. The Magnus Karate adult curriculum centers around Okinawan Shorin Ryu, taught with modern methodology that is both fun and highly practical. Each class offers a wide variety of classical and modern training concepts.
Training begins individually and at your own pace, and continues in a fun, highly active, and engaging group class. Martial arts is a great way to find new confidence, stay active, reduce stress, and find mental clarity in a hectic world.
