Not at all! All Magnus Karate classes are designed to age and experience appropriate. This is a Beginner class, all newcomers start at this class. Very beginner and no experience friendly. 

Comfortable clothing. We highly recommend no jeans and school or formal attire. (No dresses or skirts please).

No additional registration required other than the contact form above and waiver that will follow it.
