Our Leadership Team gathered this past Friday (12/3) for our monthly team training workshop night. The Magnus Leadership Team is comprised of 4 teams all together – Level 1 (first year leaders), Level 2 (2 year + leaders), Level 3 (Teaching Team interns and senior team members), and our Teaching Team (who instruct, coach, and guide all team workshops and meetings).
Team Training Workshops are the backbone of what we do at Leadership Team. Each group takes part in a wide variety of public speaking, curriculum development, instructional strategies, and confidence development concepts. These skills are used for two purposes, 1) to become better in class and community leaders at our dojo, and 2) to learn how to become a support team member for younger students during live instruction.
This was easily one of our best team training workshops to date, many thanks to Miss Dileo, Mr. Cortes, Mr. Keenan, and Miss Hung for coaching and guiding all three groups.
